How do I order a Special Order Only item?
Please contact us with the item description and quantity you wish to order through our Contact Us page.
What is your Return Policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of shipment in accordance with our Return Policy. To initiate a return please Contact Us.
Can I order bulk or pallet quantities?
Yes, to place a pallet order Contact Us.
Do you offer volume discounts?
All our items are priced at a Wholesale Everyday Low Price. As long as you order the stated minimum quantity for any item, you will receive the wholesale/bulk price.
Can I order less than a case or less than the minimum order quantity?
Unfortunately at this time we cannot sell less than the minimum order quantity. Selling in bulk allows us to offer the low prices you see listed.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes, for business customers with a valid EIN or DBA certificate we do offer free samples. We just ask that you cover the shipping and handling costs. To request samples, please Contact Us.
Can I come to your warehouse to pick up my order?
No, at this time we do not offer in-person order pickup. We send orders via a variety of parcel and freight carriers.
I am looking for a related product that you do not currently carry. Can I request it?
We are always open to new product suggestions. Please Contact Us with your ideas or a specific request. We cannot guarantee we’ll be able to get it, but we’ll certainly try!
